Get ready to build, burn, and feel the fire! Glute Gains & Core Flames at Day Fitness is a high-energy strength class designed to sculpt your lower body and ignite your core. This workout combines targeted glute activation, lower-body strength training, and core-focused finishers to help you build power, stability, and definition.
Expect a mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, body weight drills, and controlled tempo movements to maximize muscle engagement. We focus on proper form, mind-to-muscle connection, and progressive overload to help you see and feel results.

Attire: Wear appropriate workout attire, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.

Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in a loss of a class pass and a $20 fee.
