If you’re looking for a workout that pushes you to your limits, GA is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program designed to improve fitness, burn calories, and build lean muscle fast. It comes in three formats: GRIT Strength, GRIT Cardio, GRIT Athletic
GRIT Strength:
Uses barbells, plates, and body-weight exercises
Builds strength and lean muscle
Improves cardiovascular fitness at the same time
GRIT Cardio:
Body-weight only workout
Designed to maximize calorie burn and endurance
Fast-paced and extremely challenging
GRIT Athletic:
Sports-conditioning style training
Uses agility drills, explosive movements, and often a step platform
Improves speed, power, and athletic performance
Benefits:
Average calorie burn of around 320 calories in 30 minutes
Improves cardiovascular fitness
Increases power, speed, and endurance
Helps reduce body fat

Instructor Guidance: The instructor is there to guide and provide modifications, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the class regardless of their fitness goals or current level.
Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participants. Late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in a loss of a class pass and a $20 fee.
